Plain terms

stabme.ink is a live board: it shows which artists are in a shop right now and carries a client's idea to one artist. It is built to hold as little as possible.

Clients

When you send an idea we store your name, the contact you gave (email or phone), the idea, and an optional reference image, so the artist can answer you. The artist who holds your request sees these; other artists in the shop do not see your contact details. The request and its image are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Your status link is private to whoever has it. Nothing is charged here and no payment details are collected. Your phone may remember the idea you typed and the name and contact from your last ask so the next one is faster; that lives in your own browser, not on our servers, and clearing your browser data forgets it.

Artists

Your account is yours, not the shop's. We store your name, sign-in email, the styles and photo the shop entered, and the states you set (in, walk-ins, with a client, off), which expire on their own. We never read your location in the background. If you turn on push, your phone's push address is stored so requests can buzz it; turn it off and it is deleted.

Shops

Shops "not on the board yet" are listed from public business information only: name, town, street, phone. No photos, no artists, nothing scraped from social media. An owner claims the listing by signing in and becomes responsible for the roster.

What we never do

Sell or share personal data. Message clients on an artist's behalf. Post to anyone's social accounts. Take a cut of a tattoo.
