The floor board replaces the microphone
A hundred artists in one room and nobody can see who is free. The board shows open chairs by booth number, lets an attendee send an artist their idea, and pings the next walk-in on their phone when the chair opens. Your artists get it free for the weekend; you get a quieter floor and more walk-ins finished.
Presence, not tracking
Opening the app at the venue puts the artist on the floor board for the day. Free, with a client, off: one tap each. A QR at the booth confirms arrival. Nothing follows anyone around.
The queue that pings
Attendees browse open chairs by style and booth, ask one artist, and get a yes with a booth pin and the walk from where they scanned in. Next in line gets a text when it is their turn.
The entrance screen
"Walk-ins available now: 14 artists" on a TV at the door, updating live. The organizer console shows the whole floor and posts announcements to every attendee phone.
Licensed only
The roster is the health department's roster. Every artist on the board is one the event already cleared.
After the show
Artists keep their account and their board at home. Organizers get the numbers: walk-ins matched, wait times, busiest hours.
